Whether an individual or larger scale neighborhood, Canopy Tree Service prides itself on providing quality tree care and quality customer service. This happens by making sure all parties involved feel comfortable and informed with how the job will run. From start to finish, big or small, customers appreciate responsiveness, clear communication, and reasonable pricing. Canopy Tree Service customers express time and time again how pleased they are with the polite team. Nancy Feagin, a resident and active member of the Mission Trace residential community in San Antonio, is one of them.
Mission Trace Neighborhood
Mission Trace is one of the first of its type in San Antonio built with extra land between the groups of individually owned homes for the purpose of residents to enjoy more open space. The beautiful trees, and ponds free for duck and geese to play make it ideal for those who appreciate more spread out, natural land around their neighborhood. This is called a “Planned Unit Development,” or PUD. Nancy shares that although they do have a regular landscaping crew to maintain the grounds, they are not qualified to conduct tree care maintenance. Volunteering her time as the Grounds Chairperson for Mission Valley puts her in charge of selecting a tree care service that has experienced and licensed ISA Arborists. Based on a referral, Nancy contacted Canopy Tree Service, as well as a few other tree care businesses. According to Nancy, out of all the places she contacted, Canopy Tree Service was quick to return her call, and get the ball rolling with an on-site estimate. She goes on to share why she continues to use Canopy Tree Service for tree services such as tree trimming, or pruning.
“The neighborhood feedback is very positive,” she answers, and explains further that she would receive calls from residents stating their satisfaction with how quickly, and efficiently the team worked. Even at times when they were very close, or directly on top of their homes. Residents particularly liked how well the crew cleaned up after they completed a job. Nancy adds that she is also able to give them a list of multiple tasks to do independently around the 50-acre neighborhood, and is able to go about her other volunteer duties knowing they will get the jobs done. Both Shane Kelly, Canopy Tree Service Owner, and Nancy highlight foreman Gilbert, who they note as an excellent communicator with a great work ethic. Gilbert is trustworthy to run jobs with little direction, and is resourceful when in charge e.g. finding extra workers when needed.
As shown in the pictures, many of the trees at Mission Trace are older, and very tall. Safety, and consideration to how the trees fit the look of the landscape is ideal work for experienced tree service professionals. Just as the folks at Mission Trace live there partly for its natural charm, Shane Kelly and his crew work to keep the integrity of how the trees fit in with the landscape. With quality service at an affordable price, Canopy Tree Service maintains its reputation with both individual homeowners, and larger residential communities such as Mission Trace.
